Refund policy

At China Baby Shop, we offer instant return and exchange at the point of delivery. Please check your product in front of the delivery person before making payment. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may return or exchange it on the spot. Once the delivery person leaves, returns cannot be accepted. Refunds (for online payments) are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
